1. Delivery Method and Charges:

We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders across India (Zone In-Reach only). Since we ship through third party logistic companies, there are a few Pin Codes that are not serviceable. Furthermore, you may call our helpline number, to get more clarity before you proceed to checkout.


2. Order Status:

You will receive email updates on the status of your order.

You can also access this information in the section "My Account". If you are not registered, copy-paste the Tracking ID given in the confirmation email on www.delhivery.com/ to track your order.

3. Out of Reach:

We try to reach almost every location in India. But there are some zones which can't be reached. We will inform you within 2 working days in such cases and give you an option to cancel the order or provide us with an alternative shipping address or pay extra shipping charges to our shipping partner.


  1. When you receive your package please check if the seal is intact and has not been damaged. If the package seal has been torn or damaged please do not accept the package and inform us about the issue right away by emailing us at care@cottonsjaipur.com. Please attach a photograph or video of the same as proof.
  2. We are very careful with our quality control before dispatching an order hence we do not accept returns at www.cottonsjaipur.com. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a product which is damaged/defective or in the wrong style or size from the one ordered. We will arrange a pickup and you may return the product to our Head Office in Jaipur, India.
  3. International shipments are not eligible for Return, Refund &E
  4. Duties and taxes for international orders are not included as part of product or shipping charges. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency at the time of your order delivery.
  5. Duty, as mandated by your country of shipment, will have to be borne by you. In case of non-payment of duties & taxes to receive the shipment, Cottons Jaipur will unfortunately not be able to entertain a request for Refund.
